- About me
I am a 10 year+ veteran of larping, but only 3+ member of the danish larping comunity so to speak.
This falls "Bolvaerk" (www.bolvaerk.dk) was my first LARP as organizer, and "Babylon" (Babylonlive.dk)(No! Not the Vin Diesel movie. And whats with the B's anyway?)Feb. 2009 will be my second.
I do logistics and production pretty well, and love workshop planning and more "soft" parts of organizing.
My aproach and skills are somewhat shaped by being an Iraq (dnaish)army veteran (sounds cool right?), which has good and bad traits.- My best larp experience
My best larp experience is beyond doubt Totem (DK, 2007)by Peter Andreassen, Kristoffer Thurøe, Rasmus Høgdall, Mattias Kromann and Peter Munth-Kaas.
For more on that, read Andie Nordgrens really nice piece in Playground Worlds (Solmukohta book, 2007).- Current projects
Only current project is Babylon (February 2009) which is a near-future, apocalyptic, retro sci-fi larp. I features soldiers from 7 different fractions of the Last Union of Mans armed forces, answering to a distress beacon from the Grave (No-mans-land version of Europe).
The larp is an investigation-Action part for 45 participants.
The larp is focused on strong religious and moral issues, and on having a damn good time being the protagonist af an Alien (or some such) movie.
The larp is inspired by Alien 1-4, Dune & Starship Troopers (the book).
Mutant Chronicles will give you a pretty good idea.
